    1. I didn't feel like writing individual reviews for the three books in this series, but I did want to write a short one on the series as a whole since I enjoyed it quite a bit.A Holiday Mystery at Jenkins Cover is a three book mini-series by Harlequin Intrigue which includes Christmas Spirit by Rebecca York, Christmas Awakening by Ann Voss Peterson, andChristmas Delivery by Patricia Rosemoor. It is set in the small (fictional) town of Jenkins Cove on the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland which is about t [...]

    2. A well written suspense story, Christmas Delivery starts off with an eerie quality. Simon has returned from the "dead" after disappearing years ago. He is watching over Lexie while investigating and discovers that he is a father and soon his daughter is kidnapped. There are plenty of read herrings and the story moved quickly. I have been a fan of Ms Rosemoor's for a longtime and can't wait for more from her.I received an ARC from the publisher thru NetGalley for my honest opinion

    3. I read this ARC for NetGalley for a honest review. Very intriguing ,I thoughtless this book was something else, where Simon was a real ghost watching over Lexi & their child from another plane.I can't say if I was Lexi if I would want to move on with my life, would have to for my child.I will definitely have to read the other books in this series .

    4. Christmas delivery is a great edition to the series packed with suspense, engaging characters, and a strong storyline. I enjoyed the character building and the final chapter wrapped things up nicely. While there were some moments of angst, there was also happy times and overall this was a really good read.

    5. Thirteen years before the events in the previous two books Simon Shea was a witness to a murder and then put on a transport ship to a third world country. He was forced into the military for five years then did other things for the US Government. He didn't know if the girl he loved that he was forced to leave would want him back. Simon and her had been going to run away that very night that he was sent on that ship.Lexie Thornton was not a person for Christmas not since she lost the man she love [...]

    6. I really enjoyed this one. There was suspense, great characters, good dialog, a good story line, tense moments and some happy ones, and a good ending. I really liked these characters and was definitely drawn into the story. I held my breath some, smiled, and pretty much had a good time. Great for reading any time but be sure you actually have some time to read it. :) Enjoy!

    7. It has been a while since I read the other books in this series. This story, while good, just didn't have the same suspense level. All in all, I enjoyed the story but things were just a bit too "neat and orderly".

    8. I got maybe halfway through before I gave up. Just couldn't go on. I hope this book is not indicative of the writer's usual writing.
