    1. I realized after reading Stronger that I’ve had the good fortune to read this series in its entirety. How cool is that? No worries though - if you haven’t read any of the other books in the series or read a few not all, this reads completely as a standalone. Past characters are there in the periphery (some are closer than others), but it’s not necessary to know their stories in order to understand, follow along, and fall in love with Dante and Cara’s love story.Dante had his heart broken [...]

    2. I’m sad to see this series come to an end. I haven’t read every book in the series yet, but I’ve been fortunate enough to read Ian/Tessa and Matt/Sasha’s story and have loved these characters. You can read these as standalones but you also get couples from each book popping up in the others enough that I feel like I know them all already. I’m going to admit here that Stronger wasn’t my favorite out of the series. That is 100% due to personal preference than having anything to do with [...]

    3. I loved this book for so many reasons, but the biggest of them all is the heroine - Cara. Strong characters are so important to me when reading & I think when one is written so well rounded & relatable, it elevates every single emotion & makes the story so much more powerful. For me Cara was stunningly strong, fiercely independent & deeply courageous. Against all the odds, she dug deep into her reserve, refusing to be beaten in order to be the best version of herself. Stubborn &a [...]

    4. Book Review For: Stronger' by Janet Nissenson 'Stronger' by Janet Nissenson is book 6 in The "Inevitable" series. This is the story of Dante Sabattini and Cara Bregante. Dante and Cara had met earlier in this series but this can be read as a standalone book. Dante thought he was in love with Katie and was about to ask her to marry him, but she up and broke things off with him. This has left Dante feeling sour toward love. Cara has had a big crush on Dante since first meeting him but he was in a [...]

    5. Stronger (inevitable #6) by Janet NissensonThis book features characters previously met in the other books in this series, it’s not necessary to have read the previous books but I think you’ll be intrigued enough to want to!Dante thought he had found the one, the woman to settle down and make a life with but she had different ideas and leaves him heartbroken. He is extremely close to his family and seeks their love and comfort.“But trust your Nonna, hmm? The right girl will come along for [...]

    6. I received a copy of this through NetGalley for my honest review. 3.5 stars. This is the story of Cara, who has been a little over the moon for older, more settled Dante for some time. Cara is pretty down-trodden, lacks self-confidence, think she is overweight (ummm, since when is needing to lose 20 pounds considered disgustingly overweight???), and has pretty much gotten a totally crappy deal in life. Dante invites her out to dinner one night because she is spending her birthday alone, and a re [...]

    7. I received this book in exchange for an honest review. I loved this book, it has such an amazing story line. This is part of a series which can be read as a stand alone. Cara was such a sweet character that seemed to have her life on track, no matter what obstacles lay in her path. She loves her job and bosses, who are more like family to her. Cara has had a lot dealt to her, so it makes perfect sense to have a no strings attached relationship with Dante, until it doesn't make sense.Dante doesn' [...]

    8. When you stay up until 4am to finish reading a book you know it's been a god one. Stronger had me hooked from the very first page and Cara and Dante's journey wasn't an easy one. They are so different in every possible way however the chemistry they have together is electric. I am delighted to have read the final book of the series but I am sad that it has come to an end. All the couples within this series were brilliant characters and very likeable. Can't wait to see what is next from the autho [...]

    9. We meet the main characters in other books in this series, it’s not necessary to have read the previous books but I think you should definitely read the other books in the series.Dante thought he had found the one, the woman to settle down and make a life with but she had different ideas and leaves him.Cara is sweet and adorable. The book is amazing. When I started reading I couldn't put it down.Keep up the good work.I received this book from Netgalley for honest review.

    10. Stronger is the sixth and last book in the Inevitable series, and features two characters that we met somewhat briefly in Shattered, book three of the series – Cara, the sweet, adorable, and somewhat geeky assistant to Angela, and Dante, the sexy, flirty best friend (and client) of Nick’s. Cara’s had a massive crush on the hunky Dante for months now, but never thought she had a chance with him, especially since he was involved with someone else. She’s made some poor decisions in the past [...]

    11. Stronger was the sixth and final book in the Inevitable series by Janet Nissenson. It can be read as a standalone.Dante Sabattini was thirty three and a successful and affluent business owner in San Francisco. He was just coming off of a break up that blindsided him. He felt she was “the one” and he had no interest in moving on. He did, however, decide to date again but vowed to not give his heart away.Cara Bregante was twenty two and a struggling student. She worked full time while going to [...]

    12. *I voluntarily read this book. All opinion stated are solely my own and no one else's*Wow I absolutely loved Dante and Cara’s story. Cara was beautiful yet so very strong to keep her head above water despite, the crappy cards she was dealt with. She didn’t complain about her circumstances and cherished the simple things others took for granted. I admired her spirit throughout - I smiled and even cried for her loss of not just her mum but her waste of space dad too. Dante was charming yet sex [...]

    13. Loved this book and this entire series. Janet takes you on such a ride with her books and characters, that I can see it all playing out in my mind. Dante and Cara's story wasn't an easy one and was on emotional roller coaster that made me laugh and cry at times but it's always worth it in the end.

    14. Janet Nissenson does it again with Stronger! She pulled me into this story from the first word on the page. Dante has met the love of his life, he absolutely knows without a doubt that Katie is the one, so much so he is ready to ask her to marry him after dating less than a year. A self-made multi-millionaire he has it all and he knows that Katie will say yes, that is until she breaks up with him for greener pastors. Now nursing a broken heart he knows the next women he gets involved with will b [...]

    15. Dante, a handsome, wealthy, formerly notorious womanizer, has finally found 'the one' and is ready to buy an engagement ring and settle down. Unfortunately, she dumps him before he gets the chance. Dante’s devastated and can’t get past the heartbreak. Cara’s a strong, smart, sweet young woman working hard to achieve her goals. Every man in her life, starting with her father, has let her down, but she doesn’t let that deter her. She’s one of those characters you love, root for, suffer r [...]

    16. This was an enjoyable read but I must admit there were times that I wanted to give Dante a good smack up the side of his head. Seriously why he was still hung up on a shallow egotistical woman? I couldn't for the life of me figure this one out, he was down to earth with a deep love of family and friends and Katie was the total opposite. You can see my full review along with an excerpt and #Giveaway here: nadineisobsessedwithbooks.blo

    17. I wasn't a fan of Dante anyway but (view spoiler)[when he goes back to his ex, I was totally done with him and gave up on the book (hide spoiler)]

    18. Less than twenty-four hours now until the release of Stronger, the sixth and final book in the Inevitable series! This is typically when I like to take a few minutes and give readers a bit of background/insight into the writing process of the book, and my own observations about the characters, etc. It's technically not a review, and I never rate my own books, but I do like to share some of my thoughts on the characters and plot.Cara will likely end up being the heroine that the majority of us wi [...]

    19. I had quite strong feelings about both the main characters in this book.  With Cara, it was because it was easy to identify and connect with her naivete and her eagerness to please.  With Dante, my initial reaction was sympathy, but this morphed into dislike as he treated Cara like a dirty secret.  There was not much to find to redeem him, and frankly, he didn't deserve a second chance after the way he behaved.  These reactions are what make this story such an engrossing read.  The author [...]

    20. It was an interesting book that kept me reading until the end. I didn't even cook a proper dinner! I loved Cara who was the real force of the story. I would appreciate a little more resistance on her part, before accepting Dante back into her life. (view spoiler)[ Somehow, I didn't feel confident enough about the debth of his feelings for Cara. I had the impression that if the OW was just a little nicer they would end up together and Cara would become a distant memory. It was like Cara was the b [...]

    21. Loved Cara! Wanted to give Dante a good kick in the a** a few times but he came through when it counted. Sorry to see this great series end but it ended with a good one!

    22. I received an ARC through Netgalley in return for an honest review.Stronger is the final book in the Inevitable series and we have met the main characters briefly in previous books. Cara is the young but conscientious assistant working for Angela and Dante is the older, successful businessman who drops into their office on a monthly basis. Cara 'takes his eye' and he offers to take her out for a birthday meal, when he realises she has no family or friends to go out and celebrate with. After an ex [...]

    23. 3.75-4 StarsI honestly don't know where to start with my review of this book, I was given a complimentary copy of this book for an honest review and this is my own thoughts and feelings on this book, they are in no way biased or influenced by anyone else. While reading the synopsis for this book it I knew it was something that was going to interest me. The storyline was one I knew would hold my interest and while it did that it also wasn't what I expected it to be. The fact of the matter is this [...]

    24. Stronger is an interesting novel. I was not quite sure what to expect when I got it. With that being said, I did enjoy the book and ended up not being able to put it down once I started it. This book has heart break and romance, along with humor. This book is part of a series, but can be read as a standalone as I have not read any of the other books in the series. The plot of this book intrigued me. A young girl who is known for falling for the wrong man, falls for an older man who has just had [...]

    25. So I loved Dante at the beginning. He was sweet kind and just handsome. When he was with Cara I started to get angry at him. When he treated Cara how he did although I do applaud him for why I growled. So glad at the end his mom helped him come to his senses and see how awesome Cara is and that love is worth the risk. The book is fun and lighthearted at times. We see a man who loves and is hurt by the one he thought he loved. So he retreats but when he retreats he gets stubborn. Dante is a great [...]

    26. 4 second chance stars!! I'm sad this series has come to an endThis is the 6th and final book of the Inevitable Series. It can be read as a stand alone.💜This is Dante and Cara's storyDante is an Italian, sexy, rich and successful man. He just had his heart broke and realizes he needs a break. Well maybe a break with benefits until his heart is healed. Cara is a struggling finance student at night and a PA during the day. She lives in a tiny ass apartment in a bad neighborhood. She isn't lookin [...]

    27. Cara is an inspiring heroine for me. She maintains her positive attitude even as life keeps throwing her challenging curve balls. She has a deadbeat father that promised her mother on her death bed to pay for her college education and then he just stopped. She didn’t give up, she works full-time and goes to night school living in a closet of an apartment to get by. She stays focused and is willing to help her friends and co-workers whenever needed. Now Dante, well, he pissed me off more than o [...]

    28. Our main male character Dante Sabattini may not think so but I think he’s dodged a personal disaster. Cara Bregante wants to be seen and taken seriously as an adult. She had something tragic occur in her past that hit me in the heart pretty hard. Some of what she went through is something that I can personally relate to.You know an author has done their job when their work brings a tear to your eye and you’re hunting around for a tissue. It was interesting to watch Cara bloom – both as a w [...]

    29. I have read none of the Inevitable series. After reading this one I think that I just may want to go back and read some. This was more than just an older man with a failed relationship and a young woman that felt like she only made poor decisions when it came to men. I found this read easy to jump right being part of a series. There something about a man with a broken heart and a denial of falling again. That makes his true fall that much sweeter. Dante finds so much more than a quick distractio [...]

    30. This is the sixth book in this series by this author. This book can be read as a stand alone read but other characters from the pervious books are in this one. This book has strong characters, you just fall in love with as you read. This book has an amazing story line, I just couldn't put this book down till I'd finished it. I can't wait for more in this series and by this author in the future. Highly recommendedI voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book
