    2. Good readA little difficult because it was written in the vernacular, but a good story. Plenty of action and adventure. A regular horse opera.

    3. Glen McCreedie is framed for a crime he had no part in. He is released early, on probation, with the stipulation he not carry a gun in the state of Utah. The problem is, he is a range rider where having a gun can mean life or death. He takes a job with the railroad which will take him out of state. He doesn't like the looks of things so he takes a different train to the construction site. Glen quickly foils a robbery attempt and is promptly offered a job rounding up beef. Through a series of int [...]

    4. This is my third Gordon Landsborough book, and I have certainly become a fan. He has that amazing ability to entertain and write the most wonderful stories. Glenister McCreedie has been locked away in prison for the past 3 years for a crime he didn’t commit. You would think he would be pretty angry receiving a 10 year sentence after being doubled crossed by his brother’s girlfriend. She dressed Roy up in Glen’s clothes when he robbed a Bank, and Glen went down for the crime. The Warden of [...]

    7. The dialogue is authentic and the action imagery is so detailed. Felt as though I was there in the middle of the fight. Fun read and perfect for fans of the real Wild West.
