    1. Wow! Just finished a book called Touched, by Paula Wiseman. I'm in awe.If it wasn't an autobiography, it sure sounded like it. This woman "shared" this book like she was sitting with good friends telling the story of her childhood years of molestation by her uncle, and subsequent emotional scars, and healing. This was in no way a depressing read, nor was it graphic. But you find out little by little what she went through, and how her amazing husband helped with her healing, being her confidant an [...]

    2. I always enjoy Paula Wiseman's writing. She writes from her heart and never fails to touch mine with her stories. In Touched she takes on the subject of childhood abuse. She doesn't give graphic details of the abuse but does show the deep emotional and psychological pain it causes, not only to the victim but everyone who loves her. A characteristic of Paula Wiseman's books that continues to draw me is the way she shows how faith in God brings hope and healing to her characters. It isn't a magic [...]

    3. I've just finished reading Touched and found it to be another brilliant book by Paula Wiseman. It is written with all her usual depth, sensitivity and solid spirituality, and she handles the difficult subject matter exceptionally well. And, as always, God's grace and redemption are huge themes within the book. I continue to be a huge fan of Mrs Wiseman's work and highly recommend Touched (and all her other books).

    4. How the book wasThis book started out slow on what was going on. Then it got more interesting and I enjoyed it more

    5. I have read about depression before but must say this book gave me a different feeling and outlook about it. Not only did we see how it affected the person with the illness but also the family. Was glad to see the cure with out medicines. It doesn't always work .

    6. AwesomeI would highly recommend this book to read. I appreciate your books and this touching subject of molestation and depression. Thank you so much.
