    1. Read this book with my son tonight for bedtime. Tovi and his friends goes camping. They sleep in a tent. At night different sounds and shadows scared them but when morning comes they discovered that one of the crack crack sound was from a squirrel biting his nuts. Another excellent Tovi story!

    2. Relieved as a 'First-Reads' - Thank You!What a great book for small children! The text is simple and large writing - the pictures are colourful and dramatic and it is just right in length. A job well done.

    3. What a great bookThis was a fun, short book for younger kids. My boys loved it. They read it right away again after they were done.

    4. What a wonderful little book. I love the way this has been drawn and my daughter and adored the fun storyline. Highly recommended!!

    5. This book got a "read it again"My grandson liked that the penguin ate marshmallows at the campfire. He really enjoyed the cracking sound mystery. Fun book.

    6. We received this book as part of a giveaway on . This is a very cute story; especially for young children learning to read and speak French! The illustrations really help young readers understand what the text is trying to say, even if they haven't learned the vocabulary yet, without having to turn to a French-English dictionary for assistance. We really appreciate having this book at our school!

    7. Tovi the Penguin: geht zelten is an absolutely wonderful children's story! Not only is the story cute and fun, but it is also a great way to introduce children to the German language. I would definitely recommend this book to any parents with young children looking for a fun and different bed-time story experience.

    8. The first Tovi book I read. My kids were too old for the book, but still thought it was cute and laughed over the words and pictures. I use this series for teaching ESL because the words and illustrations are simple and perfect.

    9. What an adorable book! As a beginner French student, I loved having a book that I could read quickly and understand completely. As a mother, I appreciate the cute story and vivid illustrations of Tovi and friends. I got this bookr free from a contest, and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

    10. Beautiful illustrations - vibrant and engaging for young bookworms - these penguins aren't up to mischief like the ones on Madagascar, they're funny and sweet. Great stories that my girls love! My 3 year old reads them "in her head" and then asks her older sister to read them to her.

    11. Tovi the penguin and friends go camping!I would love to see the Tovi the penguin series mad into a animation movie, that will be a success!

    12. A okay bookFunny story but it ends too soon. It will be better if there are more plots about the fake bear and the squirrel. Anyway it's a okay book.

    13. What a sweet read! Wonderful illustrations and a fun cast of characters. Sure to please young readers everywhere! The whole series is brilliant. I'm looking forward to more of Tovi's adventures.

    14. A very quick children's book for very young kids. Kids will like looking for the ladybug on each page. The story is basic and will appeal to little ones.

    15. An adorable story of a penguins conquering their fears. The book contains a fair balance of sight words and developmental words for reading with children. Children will be able to assist with the large text and the easy words and will also be able learn with the tougher words. Vividly illustrated and done with humor this is a wonderful bedtime story or a fun book for a classroom.

    16. Lovely picture bookMy grandsons loved this book. Great illustrations and the kids loved the story explaining fears they have in the dark.

    20. Tovi the Penguin: goes camping Colorful children's book about Tovi. In this episode they are going camping. They pack up their gear and walk to the campsite, it is far away and they arrive when it's getting dark. They must get the campsite ready with fire to cook their meal and keep warm. They hear a noise at night and get up to investigate

    21. Easy readShort easy read for first and second grade kids. Simple illustrations and clear colors show up well in the kindle.

    22. My seven year old gave it four stars Cute graphics and story but a little too easy for a seven year old. We enjoyed finding the lady bug on each page.

    23. A fun short story. Nice illustrations. The story was very basic. My son read this and liked it even though it was easy reading for him as a 7 year old. Good for 2-6 as suggested.
