    2. Space opera at its best. This is a nice concise conculsion to the series. The writing is consistent with the earlier books. The characters are advanced as the story progresses. This is often left out of some books, yet here the main characters continue to grow right upto the end. The storyline remained interesting and the pace appropriate for the scene being played out. Starhounds is a fun but quick series. If you like space opera you will enjoy the series.
