From New York Times Bestselling Author Susan Stec, Walking in the woods makes me smile So do rainy days and listing to the coyote at night My art gives me peace watercolor, acrylics, book cover and marketing graphics, stained glass, and listening to classic rock and writing.I draw my characters from growing up in the streets of Bridgeport Connecticut, and that s where I got my education By ten years old I took care of my sister and brother and our four room apartment while my mother worked two jobs The city was a melting pot of good and evil, and by ten I knew it well, above and below ground, and was cold to its hardships In my writing world, I weave reality with mythological creatures, fantasy, folklore, legend, and a fair share of humor, because without humor there is no sanity I don t write to live I live to write Someone had to say this besides me Damned if I know who.Connect with Susan Stec on Facebook, Twitter Pinterest, and Google.

    1. The Critter Control department is back, and they are not just wrestling with vampire beasties, they are dealing with demons. We are introduced to some new characters this episode, and Stec does not disappoint. They are as vivacious and amusing as the rest of the gang, and I am anxious for more books in this series to see what zany adventures they get themselves into next.

    2. Vampires, humor and crazy anticsThis third installment of the Grateful Undead series is a marvelous piece of writing, and a return to the joys of the first book. The story continues to deal with the problems of a vampire family that hunts undead critters, but throws a demon child and her clueless mother into the mix. Can they complete their self appointed mission to rescue one of their own from Hell, and handle their usual duties?

    3. Can't get enough of this author. The books are so funny and all the different kinds of creatures in this story is great. Each story line has so much involvement of all the characters. I still would like to see Susan grow up and get with the program and truly be a mate to Marcus. She's starting to get on my nerves. Gonna start book 4 now. I heard from the author that she is now working on book 5

    4. Again another winnerI have enjoyed every minute of this series. It provides plenty of laughter, nothing like the first book, but still funny. I think the new character and changes were a great addition. However, Betty's character was overdone. Yet, I still liked the idea of her. I am looking forward to the next book.

    5. Love This Series! This is one of the funniest series out in the world.A whole family of vamps, the absolutely hilarious situations that they get themselves into, and best of all - it's set it Florida. In Florida, the rules are different.
