    2. I really didn't like this book at all during the whole first half of it and just about gave up reading it. But finally half-way through I felt like the story started. It did get really confusing as the author constantly jumped from the present to the past, always leaving me a little confused about what timeframe I was actually reading about. It wasn't a great book, but I did like the way the book ended.

    3. In their teens, Riley and Clare were lovers. Twenty years later Riley suffers an accident and Clare receives a post card from his wife asking for help. It seems that despite a wife and two children, Riley’s memory stops at that summer he was in love with Clare. The premise seemed good but frankly the book left me a little lukewarm.
