    1. Excellent series. Take the time frame that Harry Potter books write in (he ages from 12-18 over the series) and instead of a world of Fantasy make it a world of Spy craft. This Basically is children being James Bond or Jason Borne and based on each book everything seems fairly realistic. The one thing I appreciated over the entirety of the series is the fact that the characters actually grow and deal with puberty. It adds a layer that makes the series more teen appropriate than the Harry potter [...]

    2. 1. I decided to read this book as it is one of the last books of the well known and loved series 'Cherub' and like any good series you are more than likely to continue reading it, and that's exactly what I have done.2. I enjoyed the character James as he possess the same attributes as Ryan in my first review (Black Friday) where the same author (Robert Muchamore)creates close to the same character in his latest series based on 'Cherub'. Where in that review I explained why I liked Ryan and there [...]

    3. I decided to read this book because I was reading the series and I had read the books that come before "The Sleepwalker" so I decided to buy and read this next book in the CHERUB series. On my class "bingo board" the categories this book fills are:This book relates to the theme "Knowledge is power" in class because they book is about spies trying to capture a supposed terrorist. It relates to the theme because the way spies get the power over the terrorist or bad guy is by getting knowledge on t [...]

    4. After a jet airliner plane crashed killing all of the passengers and staff, Fahim bin Hassam over hears his parents talking about it. He immediately calls the police, but then urgently hangs up, thinking that they might just be talking about the news. This information was picked up by Mac, CHERUB's retired headmaster. Unfortunately, Mac's wife, daughter, and two grandchildren died on the flight, so Mac really wanted to figure out who was behind the horrible crash. But once the CHERUB team has se [...]

    5. This was an amazing book, it is one of those stories that you cannot put it down. It is really cool how they have references to things in our everyday lives, because it helps us connect to the story a bit more. This story is a representation of many other children’s stories that we don’t here about, and I am grateful and privileged enough to read this and be in the safety of my home. The storyline of the book is fictional and some of the missions that they go on are very unrealistic for kids [...]

    6. I absolutely LOVE the CHERUB series and this was by far one of my favourites in it. The story is excellently written from a very realistic perspective. Robert Muchamore writes like the typical teenagers in the books and he does it extremely well. This book had me hooked from start to finish, it was hard to put down. James is a character so strong and powerful, easy to relate to and you do get the feeling that you personally know him, though he doesn't really exist. The CHERUB world is so well im [...]

    7. I read this book a long time ago but i forgot to do a post about it. My favorite part is when the plane crashed, many people died but some survived. If i was one of the kids in the plane, i would scream around panicking. This book is an adventurous book with murder and secret agents. If you would like this book come see me.

    8. I love the mix of different genres that it had. I have read them all but this one might be on of my favorites (there are 12). It combines adventure and spy which is my favorite genre with teenage life and a little bit of romance. It is about a boy named James and his sister Lauren whose mom is dead and they have never seen their dad. They are recruited by Cherub, a British intelligence section of the MI5 that uses teenagers as their agents. This book details one of their best missions yet. if yo [...]

    9. I enjoyed every page of this book, from when it started with an intense scene of inside the plane crashing and how it makes you feel like a bomb was the cause of the crash, and how well Fahim's character deepens through the story as you learn about his family and how abusive his father is. I especially enjoyed the scene where Jake redeemed himself by stopping Fahim's father when he was cornered by Police Marksmen and he snuck behind and stopped him, leaving Fahim's unharmed. I enjoyed the twist [...]

    10. I think it was an amazing book to read and had a very exciting story. This book does a very good job in relating it to your actual life, as it portrays a very realistic perspective. So the book really drives you in it. It had a good imagination, so I could visualize what is happening. The book is very thrilling and mysterious and is perfect for people who like spies and secret intelligence.

    11. While I enjoyed reading "The Sleepwalker found it to be well written, it wouldn't be my favourite in the CHERUB series so far. (that honour goes to Divine Madness). I hate it when children get killed in books and the death of former chairman Dr. McAfferty's wife, daughter-in-law and two of his grandchildren in a plane crash made me feel depressed. I thought the training excersise was too long and convoluted. I liked the portrayal of Fahim as it gave the reader an real insight into his personalit [...]

    12. The Sleepwalker is the ninth book in the C.H.E.R.U.B. series of twelve and is one of my personal top books in the series. James is sent to investigate a claim that a boy’s father was responsible for the aeroplane crash, causing 345 people to die, although this trail could become cold. Robert Muchamore is a #1 International Bestselling Author for his internationally acclaimed series C.H.E.R.U.B. and has also written the Henderson Boy’s and Rock Wars collections. His style of writing grips you [...]

    13. In some ways, this book lacked the stakes of others in the series, but that also made it that much more interesting. We've seen James tackle drug dealers, religious cults, and gang wars--but can he handle work experience? The main storyline focuses instead on Lauren's mission. I enjoyed that, since I quite like Lauren. I'm sure she was included for just that reason, because while these are generally touted as "get boys reading" books, girls do tend to read more, and Lauren is very much the CHERUB [...]

    14. The Sleepwalker is a great book about a kid in a top-secret division of MI5 called CHERUB, which recruits the most intelligent and fit kids on the planet to help solve crimes all over the world. When the ex-CHERUB-director Mac's wife and kids get killed in a plane explosion over the atlantic, everyone immediately investigates, but they get nowhere. The only clue they have a is a phone call from a distressed boy blaming his father for the explosion. This is an amazing, fast paced book that many w [...]

    15. The Sleepwalker is in the Cherub serious and is written by Robert Muchamore. This book is all about the old Chairman Mac finding out that his family was on a plane that crashed over the Atlantic and when two days after a boy rings claiming his dad did it. But this person has an issued off bad dreams and mental problems. My favourite part is when Fahin dad was going to kill Fahin because the police were trying to arrest him. I found this exciting, thrilling and amazing. My favourite character was F [...]

    16. I thought of this book as really appealing, as it links lives of different people all into one problem working together to find out about the crashing of an airliner which was predicted to be caused by terrorists this book is like an action/adventure.This book is about a crashed airliner and a group of kids from a group called cherub who try to catch a suspected terrorist who use his son as bait and you'll have to find out the rest.I found this book really appealing and found it a really good bo [...]

    17. So far in sleep walker the story has been very exciting. For example in the beggining theres a plane thats having turbelence and really whats happening is that theres terrorists on the plane that are trying to sabatash the plane. What i think of the main character james is that. He's always successful on his missions and he always gets the job done. For example in all of the other cherub books in the series that i have read theres not one book so far that james mess's up. The genre of this book [...]

    18. It is my personal opinion that this book The Sleepwalker and the entire Cherub series are a great read and can keep you entertained for hours and I would definitely recommend it to my friends just as it was recommended to me. The specific age group is a Teen Fiction read, due to its occasional bad language and sexual related comments or actions. Boys and Girls both would enjoy this book, but it is mainly centered on boys due to its constant action and suspense. I would definitely read this again [...]

    19. A really good book, although I cried at the beginning :( It showcases the negative Western attitude towards 'Muslim' names and our predisposition to judge.

    20. Not read any of the CHERUB books before. These are aimed at teens but I found some parts very descriptive and hard hitting, mind I do have a pretty good imagination, so I could visualise and empathise with what was happening. I would advise caution if you are getting this for a child/teen unless you know your child can handle a book that doesn't sugar coat violence. Maybe read it first, then decide if it is suitable for them. Mind saying that some children play very violent video games so this i [...]

    21. I am reading CHERUB The Sleepwalker, by Robert Muchamore. I have not been reading this book for very long, I am only on chapter 10 of 46, however, I think it is amazing. Although I am not very far into it, I think I have a pretty good idea of what the theme is. I think the theme is this:to make the right choice, no matter how hard the choice is to make.I think this because in the book, one of the characters, Fhaim, needs to call the police after realizing his own dad might be involved with a pla [...]

    22. The Sleepwalker is a tremendously great book. The main action takes place on campus and in America. The book is mainly about a plane crash that goes down in the Atlantic. An unexpected guest shows up at campus. Two agents are sent to follow a lead in America. Back on campus 16 year olds are being sent on work experience. The book is just filled with action and adventure on every page. The main characters of this book are Lauren, James, Kerry, and Jake. The main characters are so relatable in thi [...]

    23. I thought this book was fantastic, all the cherub books are great and this one was no different, full of action and suspense.

    24. This would be an awesome mission if it wasn't Lauren Lauren Lauren. Blegh! So fed up. Cherub is better when Lauren is suspended from missions!

    25. Had me on the edge of my seat! I've probably read this book (and all of CHERUB) about 6 or 7 times, and it's just keeps getting better!!

    26. Encore un très bon opus pour la saga CHERUB ! Lauren Adams prend de plus en plus d'ampleur, cette jeune fille est admirable !
